About

Old North Cycling Team was founded during the Spring of 2021. Rounding out a full year weathering a global pandemic, a group of friends and avid cyclists came together to codify bonds made during many socially distanced bike rides and front yard meetups into a proper cycling team. Founded on the virtues of camaraderie, community service and a shared love of endurance sports whilst clad in funny-looking lycra, Old North Cycling Team aims to advocate growth of, and be welcoming ambassadors for, the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill cycling community.
